Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, T-1 Lens packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 170V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. In circuits containing photodiodes, 150mW heat may be released from the photodiodes. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 32V. There is 10nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
