PD204-6C Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 170V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Photodiodes have a pin count of 1. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 250mW when photodiodes are used. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function correctly with a reverse voltage of 32V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 10nA current.
