PDB-C154SM Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 1210 (3225 Metric) packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 32V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. If photodiodes are to function, the breakdown voltage should be 170V. The photodiode will operate at 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
