PDB-C166 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Metallized Ceramic packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 100V over a continuous period of time. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. A photodiode conducts 1nA current without light input.
