PDB-C216 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. The photodiodes are put into Array - 16 Element packages for safety protection. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 50V. A photodiode has a pin number of 18. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 5nA current.
