PDB-C601-1 Overview

To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Rectangular, Wire Leads packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. A photodiode occurs even at 500pA current without light input.
