PDB-C603-1 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tray. The photodiodes are put into Die packages for safety protection. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode conducts 3nA current without light input.
