PDB-C603-2 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages for safety purposes. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 3nA current.
