As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Die packages for safety purposes. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. A photodiode occurs even at 30nA current without light input.
