PDB-C614-3 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 75V permanently. The photodiode will operate at 250nA current even in the absence of light input.
