PDB-V140 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
