PDB-V601-3 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 25V voltage. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 25V continuously. Without light, a photodiode has 3nA current.
