PDB-V605-3 Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. The photodiodes are put into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages for safety protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Without light, a photodiode has 25nA current.
