PDB-V611-2 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 25V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. A photodiode conducts 30nA current without light input.
