PDB-V613-1 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 25V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 25V for the photodiodes. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 50nA current.
