PDB-V617-2 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 25V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 25V. To make sure photodiodes work, the breakdown voltage should be 15V. There is 35nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
