PDB-V618-3 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 25V over a continuous period of time. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 25V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 20nA current.
