PDI-M304 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. The current in a photodiode is 1.4pA even when there is no light input.
