PDI-V495 Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should be maintained for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 10pA.
