PDU-C110 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. Photodiodes are protected by 2-DIP Module packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 30V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 30V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 10nA current.
