PDU-G102B Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 packages in order to ensure their safety. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 5V in continuous reverse-bias mode. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 5V in reverse-bias mode. As a rule of thumb, photodiodes should operate at a temperature no higher than 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -30°C as a minimum operating temperature. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 50pA.
