PDU-V111 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 75V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 200pA current.
