It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 32V should be maintained for the photodiodes. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 150mW heat. For photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 32V. The current in a photodiode is 30nA even when there is no light input.
