S-80839CLUA-B6YT2U Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. There are TO-243AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. When 3.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-808xxC series product line.
