SCAN16512SM Overview
64-LFBGA contains this file. I have packaged it in a way that is similar to Tray's. In order to achieve this superior flexibility, 16-Bit circuits are used. The Logic type of this electrical device is Universal Bus Transceiver. A Surface Mount-shaped electronic component is mounted here. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be higher than -40°C~85°C. High/Low output currents allow 24mA 24mA to have a maximum design flexibility. It belongs to the SCAN series of FPGAs. Using 2.7V~3.6V as a supply voltage, it operates. It belongs to SCAN16512 family. It is possible to use 64 terminations, which are the ends of a transmission line which should be connected to a device whose characteristic impedance matches that of the transmission line. For normal operation, the supply voltage must be kept above 3.3V in order for the device to function properly. A 8-Bit electronic part was designed for this application. Transmission lines can be terminated with 2 terminations by using a device that matches the characteristic impedance. In this case, the electronic part is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount. 64 pins are used in the design of this board. Upon reaching 3.6V, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. There should be a greater supply voltage (Vsup) than 2.7V.
