A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for the delivery of this product.Packaging is in the form of a 100-TQFP Exposed Pad case.The Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.As a result of the device, the range of operating temperatures for -40°C~85°C TA can be varied.There is an output voltage of 1.8V 3.3V volts on the chip.For input, there are LVCMOS, LVTTL forms.An interface IC is recognized as having LVCMOS, LVTTL output type as its output type.10/1 inputs are needed to operate the machine.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to maintain 1/10 outputs on the device.
