SI5341A-B-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. There is a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. At a frequency of 712.5MHz, the system can achieve high efficiency.
