SI5380A-B-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency.
