SI5380A-D-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1.47GHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. At a frequency of 1.47456GHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency.
