SI8518-C-ISR Overview

20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used for the safety protection of current sensors. Current sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. The maximum current supplied by these current sensors should be 7mA. No more than 7mA current should be supplied by current sensors. It is imperative that these current sensors be operated at temperatures not below -40°C. As a result, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 125°C for the current sensors.
