SI8519-C-ISR Overview

For safety purposes, the current sensors are housed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. In order to protect these current sensors from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). These current sensors should be able to deliver a maximum current of 7mA. A current sensor should provide a current no greater than 7mA. To ensure that these current sensors work, the operating temperature cannot be less than -40°C. It is important to set the maximum operating temperature of the current sensors to 125°C.
