In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 40-PowerWFQFN Module package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Synchronous Buck Converters is pretty useful in a variety of applications.Mount the board using Surface Mount.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.A maximum operating temperature of 150°C is acceptable for minimizing costs.The acceptable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C so as to avoid excessive costs.
