SM451R Overview
The magnetic switch is packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. A magnetic switch can supply a maximum current of 5mA if it is well designed. It is necessary to have a 3 pin for the switches to work. It is generally recommended that the switches output 40μA current. In theory, it should be capable of supplying 8mA when it is working.
