The STM32F101C4T6A Low-density access line family includes the high-performance ARM Cortex?-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of 36 MHz, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory of 16 to 32 Kbytes and SRAM of 4 to 6 Kbytes), and a wide variety of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses. Each device provides two USARTs, one I2C, one SPI, one 12-bit ADC, and up to two general-purpose 16-bit timers as standard communication interfaces.
The STM32F101C4T6A Low-density access line family runs between a power supply of 2.0 and 3.6 V and a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
Devices in three different packages, with pin counts varying from 36 to 64, are part of the STM32F101C4T6A Low-density access line family. Different sets of peripherals are included depending on the device selected; the description that follows provides an overview of the whole spectrum of peripherals that are suggested for this family.
