TC7WH02FK(TE85L) Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. A NOR Gate logic principle governs its operation. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is required. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation.
