TEFD4300F Overview

To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 10V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 10V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 215mW heat. The temperature should not be higher than 100°C when photodiodes operate. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 215mW when photodiodes are used. Using reverse voltage of 60V in the DC circuit may allow the photodiodes to function properly. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1V voltage. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 150pA.
