TEMD5010X01 Overview

It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in SMD/SMT packages for safety purposes. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 60V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. 2 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. The photodiodes could release 215mW heat within a circuit. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 60V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. In order for current to flow across a photodiode, the voltage must be 1.3V. The photodiode operates at 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
