TEMD5110X01 Overview

To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are packaged in 4-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 60V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 215mW heat. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 215mW from the photodiodes. In the DC circuit, photodiodes can be operated correctly with reverse voltage of 60V. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.3V voltage. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2nA current.
