Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3.6V~40V. Suitable for work in a -20°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 20kHz~500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 6V.
