This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 3V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
