For the purpose of saving board space, digital switch is included in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad.As a result, it is packaged in a way that is referred to as Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .In the multiplexers, the analog IC Crosspoint Switch is used.The operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA will not be susceptible to external factors.Design engineers have more flexibility when digital controlled switch operates at 3V~3.6V voltage.As part of its basic configuration, 40 terminations are designed as a part of it.The base part number is TUSB564, so you can find its logic switch related parts using that number.NO LEAD represents the end of conductors.Keeping the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) at 3V prevents some unnecessary failures.To avoid some unnecessary failures, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 3.6V.
