VEMD2023X01 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1V voltage. By using reverse-bias technology, the photodiodes are able to supply a voltage of 60V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
