VEMD2523X01 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD packages. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. 2 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 215mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. The voltage needed to get current to flow across a photodiode should be 1V. As a result of reverse bias, the photodiodes could produce voltages of 60V. The photodiode will operate at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
