For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Audio, AC '97. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type.
