There is a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that is used in this program.Packaging outside of Tube.Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.An electric current of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.FPGA is limFPGAed to 65kb bytes for the size of the data storage.In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 3.3V.Different types of 20 terminations are available with different functions.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.There is a set of 20 pins that are included with the part.Our product line now includes USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS in order to provide a better level of service to our customers.
