For functions of 128 pins, please refer to the datasheets. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 8b. If the temperature is higher than 85°C, the microprocessor should not operate. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. CPU frequency should reach 55.5MHz. 3.3V is the voltage on the CPU core. Users should not supply a microprocessor with more voltage than 3.6V under normalcircumstances. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 1.8V. In terms of I/O transfer, this CPU microprocessor has 56 programmable I/Os. Conducting with a 8-bit address is possible with the CPU microprocessor.
