20-668-0030 Overview
Due to its TQFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. Datasheets for 64 pin functions can be found here. An environment with temperatures higher than 85°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. In this case, the CPU should reach 40MHz as its top frequency. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 3.6V. The lowest voltage that should be applied to the micro processor is 3V. Programs on the CPU transfer data through 4 I/Os.
