23S08-1DCG Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Rail/Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called LVTTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There is an available 16 pin on the PLL. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and 0°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. A Clock Drivers clock generator is essentially what this device is. 8 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. Low timing skew is offered by this RF synthesizer at maximum 0.2 ns. When searching for parts of the 23S family, similar frequency generators will be found. A voltage above 3.6V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. For this clock generator ic, 3V is the lowest allowable supply voltage. In PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits, this electronic frequency generator is used primarily as a clock component. A supply current of 45mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function.
