74AHC00S14-13 Overview
Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C TA. Part Surface Mount is mounted. 8mA 8mA is the output current's high and low states. This is part of the 74AHC series. 14 terminations have been made so far. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. There is a chip like this in AHC/VHC/H/U/V.
