Packet 6-XFDFN. This package contains the Tape & Reel (TR) package, which can be downloaded here. You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output of this device. Communication is handled by Buffer/Inverter logic. A higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C can be achieved. It has inputs for 2 Input (1, 1) axis. In the 74AXP series, it is a product. 0.7V~2.75V power supply is used to power it. Installing and disassembling the device is made easy with the Surface Mount device design. In this case, we have a 6 solution for logic gates. Circuits with 2-basis are used in the design. When a device is in a quiescent state, it carries an electric current of 600nA. This part is deliverd in 6-XSON, SOT1202 (1x1) supplier device package.
